Hi Stephen, As I stated I have no problem understanding that maybe my company shouldnt have given me Office 2000 to put on my computer and I have deleted that and purchased Office 2007 which is what the OGA site told me to do. However, my Windows XP is genuine and passes the validation each time I do it so I assume my XP is fine but the 'Validate Office' keeps on bringing up that it is still not genuine and takes me to the result as I originally posted.
