When I connect it to my computer (iMAC) and start MyDriveConnect, it shows 4 updates available.

The circle is turning and turning, saying 'Connecting', but it never progresses beyond that. There is no option to download and install updates, only View Updates and when I click on that I get a blank MyDriveConnect screen (the road) and a never ending turning circle. I have done a drum roll reset, but with no result. I've had these turning circles for about six hours now in two different sessions with the reset between them. I did a download of the new map to my GO520 using TomTom Home yesterday.
